This equipment features a circular or square structure, integrating flocculation, sedimentation, and filtration/washing functions. A pipeline mixer is installed at the inlet, where coagulant is added via a dosing device for efficient mixing. The water then enters the flocculation sedimentation tank, which has a two-tiered structure: a lower flocculation section and an upper inclined tube sedimentation section, with a water collection device at the top. The effluent from the sedimentation tank flows by gravity into a gravity-type valveless filter at the rear. This filter uses gravity filtration and siphon backwashing, achieving fully automated hydraulic operation without manual intervention. It is a crucial unit for automated water plant management. When equipped with automatic dosing and disinfection equipment, it becomes a fully functional water purification station or a small to medium-sized waterworks.
