Project Introduction:
The Dafang County Wastewater Treatment Plant project in Guizhou is designed with a daily treatment capacity of 14,000 cubic meters. The facility is equipped with a comprehensive treatment system including a Denitrification Filter, quartz Sand Filter Media, Filter Underdrain, and an intelligent automated control system to ensure efficient and stable wastewater treatment performance.
The denitrification filter system is responsible for advanced nitrogen removal, effectively reducing total nitrogen (TN) levels in the treated effluent. The quartz sand filter media enhances the filtration process by assisting in the removal of total phosphorus (TP) and suspended solids (SS), while the filter underdrain system ensures smooth water collection and balanced hydraulic distribution throughout the filtration unit.
To improve operational efficiency and process reliability, the project also incorporates an automated control system capable of precise monitoring and regulation across the entire treatment process. Through the coordinated operation of all treatment components, the plant maintains stable and high-efficiency wastewater treatment while ensuring compliance with relevant discharge standards.
Following project implementation, the treated effluent consistently achieves total nitrogen (TN) levels below 10 mg/L and total phosphorus (TP) levels below 0.3 mg/L, significantly improving local wastewater discharge quality and supporting sustainable environmental management.
