Project Name: Yunnan Kaiyuan Sewage Treatment Plant
Location: Yunnan, China
Capacity: 50,000 tons/day
Equipment: Micro-vortex flocculation equipment
Project Introduction:
The Yunnan Kaiyuan Sewage Treatment Plant is located in Kaiyuan City, Yunnan Province, with a daily treatment capacity of 50,000 cubic meters. The plant primarily treats municipal sewage, and its structures utilize reinforced concrete. This is a government-funded project.
This section forms part of the plant's advanced wastewater treatment stage, utilizing Weilan's micro-vortex flocculation equipment to effectively remove suspended solids (SS) and total phosphorus (TP) from the wastewater. After treatment, the effluent consistently meets China's Grade 1A discharge standard (GB 18918-2002), the strictest national benchmark for municipal wastewater discharge.
By leveraging the high-efficiency hydraulic conditions created by micro-vortex flocculation, the system promotes rapid floc formation and dense floc structure, enabling stable removal of pollutants even under variable influent loads. This makes the technology a reliable choice for municipal sewage treatment plants seeking to upgrade effluent quality and comply with increasingly stringent environmental regulations across China.
